Echo Farm Maple Syrup is produced each Spring in the small sugar shack located behind our red workshop, located in the storage area. The sugar bush is located across the road from the main storage area.

Buckets are used to collect the sap. Once collected, the sap runs through a reverse osmosis process before being pumped into the sugar shack where it is boiled in a traditional small wood-fired evaporator. Once boiled, the syrup is filtered and then heated to the proper temperature before being bottled. As the season progresses, the colour of the maple syrup changes naturally from amber to dark.
